People & Culture – HR Intern (Paris HQ)

About the Role

We are looking for a People & Culture Intern to support key HR initiatives in our Paris HQ. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both employee engagement and project management, while working closely with global teams at a fast-growing fashion house.

You will play an active role in building a strong and positive employee experience in our Paris office, contributing to the implementation of meaningful HR programs and supporting strategic projects aligned with ANINE BING’s global vision.


What You’ll Do

🎯 Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Support the organization of team rituals, cultural moments, and internal events.

  • Assist in preparing employee surveys and follow-up action plans.

  • Contribute to internal communications (e.g. HR newsletters, onboarding materials, welcome kits).

📊 HR Projects & Coordination

  • Help project manage initiatives such as onboarding redesign, early careers program structuring, or new policy deployment.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and tracking documents for HR stakeholders.

  • Participate in meetings with global People team members and take part in documentation and follow-ups.

🗂️ People Operations Support

  • Assist in HR administrative tasks: contract drafting, file management, HRIS support (Rippling), policy harmonization.

  • Help update the France-specific employee handbook and onboarding documents.

  • Provide support on benchmarking, salary studies, or job leveling frameworks as needed.


Who You Are

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (HR or similar).

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in French and English.

  • Structured, organized, and curious — you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and learning from different functions.

  • Strong interest in people & culture topics, employee experience, and organizational design.

  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Canva, and Excel/Sheets.
