We are supporting a fast-growing international fashion  brand in their search for a Head of Operations & Logistics, based in Paris.

This is a strategic leadership position designed for an experienced operator with a strong track record in building and scaling global logistics networks. The role reports directly to the CFO and will lead the full product lifecycle from sourcing through to final delivery, including warehousing, 3PL oversight, and systems integration.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments. Previous experience in global supply chain operations—especially across Europe and North America—is required.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Head of Operations & Logistics to build and scale a robust global operations model for a high-growth fashion and lifestyle brand. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this executive will own the full product lifecycle from source to consumer—including logistics optimization, 3PL partnerships, warehousing strategy, and cross-functional systems alignment.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a pragmatic operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can bring structure, visibility, and efficiency to complex global flows.


Key Responsibilities

Global Operations & Supply Chain Management

  • Oversee end-to-end global logistics including freight (inbound/outbound), customs, warehousing, and last-mile delivery

  • Lead and evaluate all 3PL partners across the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, ensuring performance excellence and cost efficiency

  • Build an agile operating model that scales with multi-channel growth (DTC, retail, wholesale)

Inventory & Systems Optimization

  • Enable real-time inventory visibility across planning, merchandising, production, and retail

  • Partner with Finance to optimize freight spend, stock integrity, and working capital

  • Oversee ERP, WMS, and OMS integration projects and drive operational transformation initiatives

Warehousing & Special Projects

  • Lead a key initiative to consolidate and optimize warehousing infrastructure

  • Support readiness for sustainability-oriented sourcing and special compliance topics

  • Provide operational guidance for cross-border commerce, returns, and sample processes

Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Build, structure, and lead a high-performing Ops team, with clear accountability and development plans

  • Collaborate closely with leaders across Product, Planning, Legal, Finance, Retail, and E-Commerce

  • Act as a strategic thought partner for cost modeling, expansion scenarios, and risk planning


What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months)

  • Global logistics and 3PL networks are restructured with improved SLAs

  • Freight, warehousing, and returns costs are optimized with measurable savings

  • Inventory flow and product visibility are streamlined end-to-end

  • Clear KPIs and dashboards established across all operational pillars

  • Warehousing project launched and on track for consolidation milestones

  • Foundations in place for a scalable global supply chain infrastructure


Ideal Profile

Experience & Expertise

  • 10+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations within global fashion, beauty, or consumer goods

  • Deep experience with international trade flows, especially between Europe and the US

  • Demonstrated success in leading both strategic and executional transformation

  • ERP and WMS implementation experience strongly preferred
