Role Overview
The Head of Brand Communication, PR & Image will be responsible for designing and executing a global communication strategy that strengthens brand equity, drives cultural resonance, and amplifies influence across markets.
This role requires a hybrid thinker: a creative strategist fluent in fashion image-making, a brand guardian with a deep understanding of media dynamics, and an innovator eager to explore new formats, technologies, and storytelling territories. It combines vision, execution, and a strong sensibility for visual culture.
Key Responsibilities
Global PR & Influence
- Lead the development of a global PR roadmap aligned with brand positioning and international ambitions.
- Craft compelling messaging frameworks that reflect brand values, creative direction, and seasonal narratives.
- Build and nurture high-level relationships with fashion editors, stylists, cultural platforms, and digital influencers.
- Ensure consistent, strategic press coverage across fashion, culture, lifestyle, and innovation sectors.
Brand Image & Visual Identity
- Own the consistency and creative evolution of the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Partner with creative teams to conceptualize and produce innovative campaigns, seasonal assets, and digital content.
- Oversee visual outputs including lookbooks, press kits, editorial storytelling, and digital-first activations.
- Champion experimentation with new formats — from motion design to AR/VR and immersive content experiences.
Creative Campaigns & Cultural Storytelling
- Imagine and produce campaigns that transcend traditional PR and blend fashion, art, culture, and technology.
- Identify new communication playgrounds (e.g. Web3, virtual showrooms, AI-powered personalization, live formats).
- Act as a cultural radar, detecting shifts in consumer behavior and cultural codes to inform brand narratives.
Press Office & Event Execution
- Supervise daily press office operations: sample trafficking, image requests, interviews, product seeding, press days.
- Oversee tools and operations: image banks, media monitoring, digital assets, and coverage reports.
- Coordinate creative activations and curated brand moments across physical and digital spaces.
Strategic & Corporate Communications
- Support the executive team in shaping thought leadership content, sustainability narratives, and corporate voice.
- Lead internal communication and employer branding initiatives in line with the brand universe.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align communication with growth marketing, e-commerce, and CRM for full-funnel storytelling.
- Coordinate internal and external creative teams, production partners, and PR agencies.
Profile
Must-Haves
- 7–10+ years of experience in brand communication, image direction, or global PR — ideally in the fashion or creative industries.
- Strong portfolio of campaigns or brand work demonstrating creative vision and executional excellence.
- Deep understanding of global media ecosystems and next-gen storytelling formats.
- High visual literacy and aesthetic sensitivity — across digital, editorial, and experiential channels.
- Experience managing image across both traditional press and emerging digital platforms.
- English fluency required; French is a plus.
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in entrepreneurial environments.
