Head of Design – Freelance Mandate (6 months)

We have been mandated by an established Parisian fashion house to appoint a Head of Design for a 6-month fixed-term freelance collaboration, starting October 2025.

At the heart of Paris, and in direct collaboration with the executive management, the Head of Design will play a decisive role in shaping the Fall/Winter collection, to be unveiled during Paris Fashion Week. This mandate represents a rare opportunity to contribute at the highest level of creative direction within a luxury house.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire the design studio team

• Collaborate closely with the atelier to achieve uncompromising standards of excellence

• Translate creative vision into a coherent and innovative collection

• Ensure the alignment of design direction with the house’s identity and strategic objectives

Profile sought

• Proven track record as Head of Design or equivalent leadership role in luxury fashion

• Strong expertise in tailoring and luxury ready-to-wear

• Recognized creative vision coupled with outstanding leadership skills

• Ability to combine creativity, precision and execution under international visibility

• Availability from October 2025, based in Paris
