Role Overview:

The Head of Digital will lead the brand’s digital strategy to scale visibility, traffic, and online revenue across channels. The scope covers different online touch points: DTC e-commerce operations, media and affiliate marketing management, and online retailing. This is a full-time position based in Paris, with the flexibility of partial remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management & Development: Oversee all website operations, ensuring optimization through A/B testing and data-driven improvements. The Head of Digital will also lead the development of a new website in 2025.
  • Affiliate Marketing & Coop Programs: Lead affiliate marketing efforts and manage cooperative partnerships to increase traffic and visibility.
  • 360 Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the marketing calendar. Integrate digital activities into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report digital media performance to optimize ROI.
  • Leadership: Manage and inspire a digital team while collaborating with internal departments (marketing, product, creative) to ensure cohesion. The role includes managing one direct report.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital leadership role, specifically managing e-commerce for a fashion brand (either within the brand itself or through an e-retail agency). Experience managing e-commerce operations on a Shopify website and traffic acquisition is essential. Prior experience leading a website development project is a plus.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of A/B testing, affiliate marketing, Google and Meta ecosystems, and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strategic Insight: Ability to create and implement data-driven digital strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing digital performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Affiliate Marketing: Experience managing affiliate programs.
  • Coop and Partnerships: Experience negotiating and implementing coop investments and partnerships with online retailers and marketplaces.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong communication skills for working effectively across teams.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate would have hands-on experience managing fashion or luxury fashion brand websites or working in an e-retail agency handling digital operations for fashion companies. They are data-driven and capable of balancing strategic thinking with practical execution. A fast-paced environment will feel familiar, and they will be proactive and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects at once. With strong leadership skills, they will guide the digital team and ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies. Passion for fashion, sustainability, and knowledge of the latest e-commerce trends is essential.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: €60,000 – €70,000 gross, depending on experience.
  • Performance-based bonus.
