Role Overview

The Head of Digital Growth & Customer Experience will be a key business leader responsible for owning the digital P&L and driving revenue and profitability across all digital channels. This role combines performance marketing, e-commerce growth, retention strategy, and customer experience — with a strong focus on strategic thinking, data, and structured execution.

This is both a high-responsibility and high-autonomy position for someone who thrives in building from the ground up, structuring scalable processes, and leading cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will be both a strategist and operator — able to go deep on performance levers while aligning with brand and sustainability values.

Key Responsibilities

Business Ownership & Growth Strategy

  • Own the full digital P&L: forecast, allocate resources, and drive profitability across e-commerce and omnichannel.
  • Define and implement the global digital growth roadmap: acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Identify and scale new growth opportunities: B2C, marketplace expansion, recell / resale models, new platforms.
  • Grow the qualified customer base with a focus on high-value client acquisition and long-term customer relationships.

Performance Marketing & Customer Expansion

  • Develop a full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and affiliates.
  • Oversee strategy and execution for customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention.
  • Coordinate and challenge external performance agencies to ensure efficient execution and ROI optimization.
  • Expand into new geographies and segments with tailored media, campaign planning, and experimentation.

Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Collaborate with CRM to enhance customer lifetime value and improve segmentation strategies.
  • Build a scalable retention roadmap, supported by customer data and a content-rich approach.
  • Co-develop loyalty initiatives, automated journeys, and personalization strategies aligned with brand values.

E-Commerce & Experience Optimization

  • Monitor website and funnel performance, working closely with site optimization agencies.
  • Partner with e-commerce, creative, and tech to improve UX, navigation, merchandising, and conversion.
  • Contribute to onsite storytelling and integration of editorial moments with performance needs.

Process & Team Leadership

  • Build and structure scalable digital processes and documentation: 80/20 mindset, strong prioritization.
  • Be proactive in identifying gaps and proposing smart, efficient ways to operate and grow.
  • Work cross-functionally with tech, creative, operations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Coordinate paid and digital partner agencies across performance, analytics, and web optimization.

Profile

Must-Haves

  • 8+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital strategy — ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or luxury.
  • Proven track record managing digital P&L with ownership of growth and margin optimization.
  • Ability to manage external agencies (paid media, e-commerce, analytics) and internal stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of performance KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention rate) and how to optimize them across the funnel.
  • Experience building or structuring performance and retention strategies from scratch.
  • Interest in working for an eco-conscious company: fair wage practices, responsible materials, ethical supply chain.
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
