Wholesale Area Manager (APAC & Middle East)

We are partnering with a global fashion brand recognized for its distinctive creative direction and fast international growth. With collections that balance timeless design and modern sensibility, the brand has built a loyal following across key fashion capitals and premium retail partners worldwide.

As the Wholesale Area Manager (APAC & Middle East), you will lead and accelerate the brand’s wholesale performance across these strategic markets. You will be responsible for expanding distribution, driving revenue, and cultivating strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.


THE ROLE

You’ll act as both strategic architect and commercial driver, developing market strategies while managing day-to-day execution. Your mission: translate brand vision into tangible business growth, elevate visibility, and build meaningful partnerships that support the company’s global ambitions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute the regional sales strategy to ensure consistent and profitable growth.

  • Manage and develop relationships with premium wholesale partners, agents, and distributors.

  • Lead showroom appointments, negotiate terms, and deliver compelling seasonal presentations.

  • Identify new market opportunities through regular travel, client meetings, and competitive analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Merchandising, Operations, Marketing—to optimize assortments and maximize sell-through.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent, premium representation across all touchpoints.


PROFILE

  • 10+ years’ experience in international wholesale, ideally within advanced contemporary or premium RTW; accessories experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrated success in building and expanding wholesale networks across APAC and/or the Middle East.

  • Strong analytical and commercial skills (sell-through, margin, OTB, performance analysis).

  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities across multicultural environments.

  • Entrepreneurial, performance-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, agile organization.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across markets.
